Casey Wrobel
Co-Owner, Instructor
Casey’s journey into Pilates began through her work as a Physical Therapist at Body Dynamic, where she saw firsthand the transformative benefits of controlled, mindful movement. It was through Pilates that she discovered a powerful way to help individuals build strength and mobility with precision. Originally from Clarks Summit, Casey is passionate about spending time outdoors and traveling the world, always eager for new experiences.
With a commitment to prioritizing movement for overall health, Casey believes Pilates is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Her training comes from BASI Pilates, a program that seamlessly blends Classical Pilates with Contemporary techniques. This fusion allows her to honor Joseph Pilates' original principles while integrating modern approaches to keep the practice both effective and engaging.
What Casey loves most is watching her students progress — especially when they master exercises that once seemed difficult. Whether she’s guiding them through foundational movements or more advanced routines, her goal is to create a fun, challenging environment that encourages strength and achievement. For Casey, Pilates is about enjoying the process of getting stronger and seeing each individual surpass their own expectations.

Riley Cummings
Instructor
Riley was first introduced to Pilates through her work as an Exercise Oncology Instructor, where she created individualized programs based on each client’s cancer diagnosis and current treatment plan. She incorporated Pilates-based movement with a strong focus on breath, control, and mindfulness, and saw firsthand how patients grew in confidence, positivity, and both physical and emotional strength throughout their treatments and daily lives.
Originally from Tunkhannock, Riley attended Slippery Rock University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and became certified in Exercise Oncology. She values Pilates for its ability to meet individuals where they are and empower them through thoughtful, intentional movement.
Riley’s Pilates training is rooted in BASI Pilates, a program built on Joseph Pilates’ classical principles while thoughtfully evolving to support modern movement needs. What she enjoys most is watching clients progress and discovering how Pilates carries over into their everyday lives, helping them feel stronger, more capable, and more empowered in their bodies.
