Private Reformer Classes

$75  •  60 minutes

Enjoy a session designed just for you, at your own pace, with expert guidance every step of the way! Private sessions offer personalized classes with one of our instructors, perfect for those who:​

  • Require modifications to accommodate injuries or medical conditions

  • Prefer the privacy and focused attention of an instructor

  • Are beginners looking to build confidence on the reformer

Duet Reformer Classes

$50 per person  •  60 minutes

Enjoy a semi-private, one-hour Pilates session with personalized instruction tailored to your shared goals and preferences, all within a motivating, small-group setting.

 

Our Duet sessions are intended for pre-established groups of two individuals who wish to train together and share similar availability and ability levels.

 

When signing up for this class, please ensure that your duet partner is also registering for the same time slot.

Trio Reformer Classes

$40 per person  •  60 minutes

Enjoy a semi-private, one-hour Pilates session with personalized instruction tailored to your shared goals and preferences, all within a motivating, small-group setting.

 

Our Trio sessions are intended for pre-established groups of three individuals who wish to train together and share similar availability and ability levels.

 

When signing up for this class, please ensure that your partners are also registering for the same time slot.

Group Reformer Classes

$35  •  60 minutes

Group Reformer is a focused small-group class designed for up to 7 participants on the reformer. This full-body session blends strength, stability, and flexibility work using springs, straps, and bodyweight resistance to create a balanced and challenging workout.

 

Movements flow intentionally to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness. Suitable for a range of experience levels, this 60-minute class offers personalized attention within a motivating group environment while helping you move with control and confidence.

Group Jump Classes

$25 per person  •  30 minutes

Group Jump is an energizing small-group class designed for up to 7 participants using the reformer and jump board. This low-impact, cardio-focused workout combines rhythmic jumping intervals with strength and core work during the class to elevate your heart rate while protecting your joints.

 

Expect dynamic sequences that challenge endurance, coordination, and control in a fun, supportive setting. This 30-minute class delivers a powerful full-body experience that builds stamina, tones muscles, and leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.

Jump Fusion & Beginner Classes

$35 per person  •  60 minutes

Jump Fusion is dynamic small-group class designed for up to 7 participants on the reformer. This reformer class incorporates exercises performed with and without the jump board throughout the class to get your heart rate up but experience a full 60-minute class.

Beginner classes of up to 7 people are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates and the key elements of a typical class. With a slower pace, these sessions provide a great foundation for beginners with explanation of how the reformer works and get you comfortable.
